All sets should be moderate-heavy!
Rest 1:30-2:00 between each set

Single leg boxjumps
4 sets of 3 reps (on each leg!)
Work up in height for each leg & 3 consecutive reps
Rest 1:30-2:00 between each set


3 rounds for time – TC 15min
21 BR reverse lunges @ 40/30kg
15 bar facing burpees
90 double unders
rest 1:00 after each round!
