5 rounds for time (= 15min timecap)
6 frontsquats 70/45kg
12 T2B/pullups (whatever you practiced before)
6 alternating front rack lunges
Work: rest ratio = 1:1 (i.e. if you had 1min for one round,
then you rest for 1min!
